Clarification of a 7 Day Refund
The refund guarantee is based upon receipt of refund request within 7 days of purchase. The refund policy is 7 days, with Day 1 being the day you purchase the Internal Linker plugin.
7 days refund guarantee mean that a refund will be provided if it has been requested up to the 7th day and not including the 7th day. So, if you purchase on the 1st of June and you request a refund on the 8th June, that would take it to 8 days, so you would not be entitled to a refund. You would have to request your refund therefore by or on the 7th June at the latest.
Refund and Used AI Credits
If you request your refund within the 7 day period, you will get a full refund less and AI credits you have used. This means, if you installed the plugin on your site and the plugin scanned your site to find any internal linking opportunities, we will deduct the value of the amount of credit you have used. If you have activated the scan on more than 1 site however, then you will not be entitled to a refund regardless if you request the refund within 7 days. The reason for this is to prevent abuse where a customer attempts to add internal links on multiple sites and then requests a refund in order to basically use the service for free.
If in doubt, you should run the plugin on one site and evaluate it. If you then wish to request a refund within the 7 day period, we will refund less and AI credits you have used.
